Directions for First Use: Shake the pen well, remove the cap, and press the nib straight down on a protected surface until the nib depresses slightly into the body of the pen. The pen is ready for use once the nib is fully saturated with polish (takes about one minute). For subsequent uses, simply shake and depress the nib to freshen the polish flow before application. For best results on dark nails, we recommend applying a base coat of white first before adding your color layer.
